Sub-processors

The companies we rely on to run Leadgible, what each one is given and why. For the answers your funnels collect you are the controller and we are your processor, so these are our sub-processors: each one acts for us, on your data, as we act for you.

Last changed 6 October 2026. A company marked "only with a key you connect" is reached only if you connect your own account with it, and one marked "not engaged yet" is listed so that this page does not have to change quietly later.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. - Hosting and compute, the database, object storage, caching, queues, platform email and the bot-mitigation challenge. Everything the platform runs on. In use.
  • Cloudflare Workers AI - Reads each completed submission — its free-text answers into typed facts, and the whole of it for a coherence check and a short rationale — through Cloudflare’s AI Gateway. Contact fields are stripped from what it is shown. In use.
  • Lemon Squeezy - Merchant of record. Handles payment and subscription billing, and holds the payment details — we never receive a card number. In use.
  • Mailgun - Email delivery from a customer’s own sending domain, and only for a customer who connects their own Mailgun key. Nothing is sent through it by default. Only with a key you connect.
  • OpenAI - Reads submissions as Workers AI does, when a customer connects their own OpenAI key. Only with a key you connect.
  • Microsoft (Azure OpenAI) - Reads submissions as Workers AI does, when a customer connects their own Azure OpenAI resource. Only with a key you connect.
  • OpenRouter - Reads submissions as Workers AI does, when a customer connects their own OpenRouter key. Only with a key you connect.
  • Groq - Reads submissions as Workers AI does, when a customer connects their own Groq key. Only with a key you connect.
  • Slack - Notification delivery, for a customer who connects a workspace. Not engaged yet.
  • GoHighLevel - CRM delivery and outcome writeback, for a customer who connects an account. Not engaged yet.
  • Cartesia and ElevenLabs - Speech synthesis for the AI voice agent. Not engaged yet.

Platform email is sent by Cloudflare, with no third-party key. Any other model provider is reached only through a key you connect yourself.

How you hear about a change

How long before a new sub-processor is engaged we email every Owner, and what you can do if you object, is section 5 of our Data Processing Agreement.

Changes

  • 6 October 2026 - Google (Google Fonts) removed: the dashboard and this site now serve their typeface themselves, so using either no longer sends Google your IP address.
  • 6 October 2026 - Published as its own page, listing every company engaged on this date — including Cloudflare Workers AI, which reads submissions; Google, whose font service the dashboard and this site use; and the model providers a customer can connect their own key for. Until now the list was part of the privacy policy.
