Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you open a Leadgible account. They are written to be read once and understood, so where a term describes something the product does, it describes what it actually does today.
In effect from 2026-08-31, between you and Leadgible. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.
What the service is
Leadgible lets you build multi-step qualification funnels, embed them on your own website, and have the answers scored against rules you define and routed where you want them. We provide the platform. What you ask, how you score it and who you send it to are yours.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, tell us if they are compromised, and give us an email address that reaches you - it is where account and billing notices go. You are responsible for what the people you invite into your organisation do with it, and for removing them when they leave.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use the service if we have previously closed your account for breaking these terms.
What you may not do
Do not use Leadgible to break the law, to collect data you have no lawful basis to collect, or to deceive the people filling in your funnels about who is asking or what happens next. Do not attempt to reach another customer's data, probe or overload the service, or work around plan limits by technical means.
Some questions are ones we will not host. Do not use a funnel to gather payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or credentials for another service. If your use case is a regulated one - lending, insurance, healthcare, employment - meeting the rules that apply to it is your responsibility, and we may decline or stop work we believe puts respondents at risk.
The people who fill in your funnels
Their answers are your responsibility. You are the controller of that data and we are your processor, as set out in our Privacy page. You must have a lawful basis for collecting what you ask for, tell respondents who you are and what you will do with their answers, and honour their requests when they make them. The builder includes a consent block for the cases where consent is what you are relying on.
You must not use the platform to send marketing email to respondents. It is not built for it and it is not permitted.
Plans, limits and payment
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the invoice, handle the tax, and are the seller on your statement. We do not receive or store your card details.
Each plan carries limits, and they behave the way the pricing page describes. Reaching a plan cap never refuses a submission. A funnel that reaches its cap keeps collecting and scoring; what is withheld is the detail in the dashboard, not the lead. Free and Starter cannot run up an overage. On those plans a cap is a stop, not a bill.
Prices can change. If one changes for a plan you are already on, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.
If a payment fails
A failed payment walks a fixed ladder rather than deleting anything. Nothing is deleted because a card expired. What happens is fixed and it is this: your account keeps working normally for seven days, becomes read-only on day seven, is suspended on day twenty-one with your data retained, and on day forty-five we send a final reminder to export it.
Paying restores your account at whatever point it has reached. While an account is read-only or suspended, funnels that are already published keep accepting submissions - we do not drop a lead because of a billing state.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in, which you keep to the end of. Export what you want to keep before it ends.
Refunds outside that are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their refund policy as merchant of record.
Availability
We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage, and we would rather say so than publish a number we are not committing to. We will not deliberately take the service down without notice for anything other than a security or integrity emergency.
Who owns what
Your funnels, your rubrics, your content and your leads are yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store that material, process it, and deliver it where you have told us to. That permission ends when the material does.
The platform, the software, the templates we publish and the Leadgible name are ours. Feedback you send us we may act on freely and without obligation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts respondents or other customers at risk, or that we are required to act on by law. Except where the risk is immediate we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account other than for a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and scoring is a decision-support tool: the judgement about who to call, and what to do about them, remains yours.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date is how you accept it. If you do not, cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes will be heard by the courts there.
